Though she entered foster care due to abuse, she has built a loving environment for her daughter, raising her with the care and support of her grandmother. Itzel has made wonderful strides in finding her voice and confidently speaking up for what she and her family need.
Since entering care, Itzel has discovered comfort and happiness in art and literature. She enjoys spending time coloring and drawing with her daughter, using creativity to deepen their bond. Currently, her art supplies are limited, so Itzel is requesting a new set to continue their artistic and healing journey.
