Carter is a young man currently residing in a facility as he navigates his foster care journey. He is a dedicated worker, and when he sets his mind to something, he can accomplish anything. Carter enjoys attending school, particularly excelling in math and science. He is a kind individual who is always quick to offer help to others.

Carter loves putting Legos together. Completing a project gives him a real sense of accomplishment. He enjoys using his finished creations as decorations in his room. Currently, Carter is living in a facility, so he has limited options for fun activities. Lego building is by far his favorite pastime.
