Annaliese has been in and out of foster care throughout her life, without a caregiver who was consistently able to meet her needs. Despite experiencing multiple placements and different foster homes, she has worked hard to catch up in school and maintain her GPA, ultimately earning acceptance into a university. She is now preparing to attend college and is very excited about her future, as she will be the first in her family to graduate and pursue higher education. Annaliese is motivated, positive, and excited for what lies ahead.

Annaliese recently moved into her college dorm and is adjusting to living independently while balancing school and other responsibilities. A Publix gift card would allow her to purchase groceries, snacks, drinks, and simple meal items to keep stocked in her mini fridge throughout the week. Having access to food and basic necessities would help ease some of the financial stress that comes with starting college and allow her to focus on her education.
