Kayla is shy at first, but once she feels comfortable with someone, she starts to open up and smile. She enjoys art, listening to rock music, and petting her cats. Kayla also enjoys school, where she is recognized for her good grades. Raised by her loving grandmother, who describes Kayla as her hope during difficult times, she is cherished deeply.

Kayla is in need of assistance in purchasing summer camp essentials because she currently does not have many of the items required for camp, including a duffel bag, swimsuits, sunscreen, and other necessary supplies. Receiving support would help ensure she is fully prepared for camp and able to participate in all activities safely and comfortably. Having the appropriate gear will also increase her confidence, independence, and sense of readiness as she takes responsibility for preparing for this new experience.
