California Youth ConnectionGiselle entered foster care as a child and exited at 18, but her journey didn’t end there. Today, she is a dedicated full-time student, an intern, and a passionate advocate for foster youth. Despite not having much of a safety net, she is building her life largely on her own, and she’s doing it remarkably well.
Giselle is carrying a heavy load and managing stress and recovery is not optional when you are doing this much without backup. An Oura Ring would help her track sleep and health data so she can make informed choices about taking care of herself. For someone this busy with this little support, being intentional about wellness is the only way forward.
