A tablet for Matthew to use during electronic time at his residential facility

MO DSS Children's Division - St. Francois CountyMatthew is a child currently living in foster care and is residing in a facility. He is working very hard toward the goal of transitioning into a home setting. Matthew is a sweet child with a big heart who shows kindness to those around him. He enjoys playing outside and tinkering with bikes and remote-controlled cars, spending time exploring how things work. While he is not always a fan of going to school, he continues to do well and put in the effort to succeed.
Matthew is currently living in a facility with structured rules and expectations. One of the incentives is that he can earn electronic time by having a good day. However, he does not currently have any electronics of his own to use during that time. Having a tablet would be a very meaningful incentive for him and would allow him to fully benefit from the electronic time he earns. It would also provide him with a positive reward to work toward as he continues to follow expectations and make progress each day.
