Neevah is very shy and is extremely attached to her older sister. She has been placed in foster care and is hard of hearing, currently learning to communicate using sign language. Neevah enjoys spending time with her sister and dislikes being separated from her. She is adjusting to living in a home with structure and routine. Neevah also loves Minnie Mouse.

Neevah loves spending time outside and would enjoy having a balance bike for walks with her resource family. She would also enjoy riding it in the backyard, where she can play and have fun. Riding her balance bike would let her explore new adventures and stay active.
