Neevah is very shy and is extremely attached to her older sister. She has been placed in foster care and is hard of hearing, currently learning to communicate using sign language. Neevah enjoys spending time with her sister and dislikes being separated from her. She is adjusting to living in a home with structure and routine. Neevah also loves Minnie Mouse.

Neevah will ned to wear a helmet while she is learning to ride her balance bike. She is learning about bike safety with the resource family. Having a helmet and pads will help keep her protected.
