Noah is an exceptional student who receives support from the Department of Social Services. He enjoys working out at the gym, studying hard, and is fluent in two languages. Passionate about law and human rights, he plans to attend college. He will move into an independent living apartment to develop essential life skills. Noah aims to study law and join the ROTC program, with aspirations of becoming a commissioned officer after graduation.

Noah needs a phone to keep up with everything around him. He needs to keep up with his work schedule, his doctor visits, and other important meetings. He can currently only communicate via email, and that's only when he is able to go to the library or find free Wi-Fi for his tablet. He is missing out on so many things because he doesn't have a direct line of communication.
