Despite the challenges and trauma he has experienced, he remains a happy-go-lucky child with a positive spirit.

Waylon lives in a home as the only child. He and his foster parents are always seeking fun activities to do together. One game they particularly enjoy is Cows in Space, which guarantees hours of laughter and entertainment. Waylon is a sweet kid who cherishes spending quality time with his foster parents.
