Cloyalty is a bright young girl full of life who has been through a lot in her short life. Despite her challenges, she is very resilient and can light up any room she walks into. She is currently a little behind grade level and has been working hard to catch up. Cloyalty lives with her grandma and enjoys spending time with her sister, swimming, and coloring.

Cloyalty has a birthday coming up and has been talking about wanting a new dumpling squishy, just like her friends have. However, her grandma is facing a challenge because she has several grandchildren to care for, and three of them have birthdays in July. With a limited budget, it's difficult for Cloyalty's grandma to buy individual gifts for each child, and as much as she would love to get the dumpling for Cloyalty, she simply can't make it work this year.
