Atlas is an honor roll student who loves soccer, animals, and dreams of becoming a veterinarian one day. After losing her mother, with her father absent, she and her siblings moved in with their loving grandmother, and she's held onto her spark through all of it.

Atlas recently lost many of her belongings in a house fire, so this summer's trip to a water park with loved ones means even more than usual. A swimsuit would let her fully join in the fun, a small reminder that brighter days really are ahead.
