Lieve is an inspiring young adult currently in Extended Foster Care. She entered the system at just four years old with her sister, and throughout her life, she has faced significant challenges, including a traumatic dog attack that required multiple reconstructive surgeries on her jaw. Despite everything she's been through, Lieve has developed incredible resilience and a positive attitude. She's outgoing and loves meeting new people, always ready to take on new challenges that help her grow. In her free time, Lieve enjoys painting, reading, writing, and playing the guitar. activities that allow her to express herself and build her confidence. Looking to the future, she dreams of a career in logistics with the Navy or becoming a counselor for teenagers, hoping to support those who have faced similar struggles. What makes Lieve truly unique is how her life experiences have shaped her strength and determination, and she’s excited about the bright future ahead of her.

Getting a laptop would significantly improve Lieve's life as she works towards her educational and career goals. As a college student, she would benefit from a reliable laptop to keep up with assignments, conduct research, and join online classes when necessary. Plus, she plans to use it to job hunt, apply for positions, update her resume, and connect with employers.
