Santiago has some health issues that necessitate regular visits to specialists, but despite these challenges, he thrives on being held and engaged with by others. His infectious smile and warmth make every moment spent with him truly special.

Santiago has spent a lot of time in a busy hospital surrounded by a mix of sounds, which has made him want a sound machine for his quiet home. He loves the warmth of being held and having conversations with others, but he’s also learning how to find comfort in soothing sounds when he's by himself.
