Kay is a strong and confident young lady. Despite her experience in the system, she remains humble. Her goal in life is to get her LSW and LCSW and start a nonprofit. She graduated with her master's degree at 23 and went on to her doctorate degree. She is big on self-care and loves cleaning and working out. She loves to strengthen her knowledge and understanding. Although she had to experience the system, she wants to show not just herself but others that anything is possible.

As a young adult and hardworking mother, Kay is doing her best to get by and be a good example to her child. Kay strives to provide her child with the safe and comfortable home environment she lacked, but is currently struggling to afford some necessities. Kay is hoping for a lawn mower to maintain a safe outdoor space for her and her child to enjoy.
