Khaleb has been living with his foster mom for the past ten months. He is being raised by an amazing single mama who loves Khaleb tremendously. Kahleb is a quiet boy at first but quickly opens up once he's comfortable. He loves to play with trucks and action figures, loves to look at picture books, and has his foster mom read him books. He especially loves all the activities he participates in outside of the home like playing with the neighborhood kids, going to the trampoline park, working on his swimming skills, and doing staycations. He lives in a home with his sister and his foster sister who he has grown to consider as his sister.

Khaleb is enjoying his summer and is not particularly looking forward to returning to school, but he is excited to go shopping for his classroom supplies. Khaleb will be entering the 3rd grade and is having some anxiety about meeting new classmates and a new teacher. Let's hope he feels confident with his new backpack and fun folders.
