Charlie is currently in a relative foster home and has been in care for some time. He recently became available for adoption, and a family member is in the process of adopting him to ensure he can stay with them forever. Charlie is a laid-back, funny, and athletic boy with a big heart. He enjoys playing soccer and basketball, and he is a team player who loves spending time with friends.

Charlie has grown a lot this summer and can't fit into most of his old clothes. His favorite store is Target, and he's asked his grandma if they can take a trip together to pick out a few new back-to-school outfits.
