Chloe is a cheerful and spirited girl who finds herself in foster care for the second time. Life hasn’t been easy for her, but she’s determined not to let her past define her. Instead, she focuses on the positive and is always expressing gratitude for what she has. While school isn't her favorite place, she does well academically, especially enjoying the chance to socialize with friends. Chloe dreams big; she plans to graduate from high school, go to college, and become a veterinarian, showing just how resilient and hopeful she truly is.

Chloe really hopes to get a tablet of her own so she can play games, text her friends, and watch movies. She’s shown a lot of responsibility and has even worked with her foster parents to set up some rules for how she would use it. Given how great she is, it would mean so much to her to have this little piece of freedom and fun.
