Neenah is an amazing, bright, and resilient young woman. After spending many years in foster care and previously living with her grandmother, she chose to stay and build her own path forward. Throughout her childhood, she showed remarkable strength, often stepping in to support her younger siblings while her parents struggled with addiction. Neenah works incredibly hard to live independently, holding three jobs to cover her rent and expenses. She is pursuing her dream of becoming a Special Education teacher, already gaining hands-on experience as an ABA (Applied Behavioral Analysis) therapist in elementary schools. This fall, she will begin her Education degree. In the little free time she has, Neenah loves watching her favorite hospital and crime shows. She is kind, social, and outgoing—someone who brings warmth and positivity to everyone she meets.

Neenah is an incredibly hardworking and resilient young woman who has overcome many challenges to get to where she is today. Throughout much of her life, she had to navigate difficult circumstances on her own, demonstrating remarkable determination and perseverance. Neenah works for a school district, which means she is not salaried and has experienced inconsistent employment during the summer months. A gas card would significantly reduce the financial stress she is currently experiencing. Receiving assistance with gas would help ensure she can reliably get to work without having to worry about sacrificing other essential expenses, allowing her to focus on maintaining her employment and continuing to build stability.
