Jeffrey is an impressive child navigating the foster care system for the second time, working hard to process the trauma he’s experienced. Despite his challenges, he's a cool kid with a passion for playing the trumpet in the school band. He enjoys reading and listening to music, just not country, and has a particular fondness for anime. With his favorite color being dark blue, Jeffrey applies himself academically and makes good grades. He's also considering joining several clubs at school, including the art club, where he can further explore his creative side.

Jeffrey loves hands-on activities that keep his mind busy and give him a sense of accomplishment. Building Lego sets is one of his absolute favorite hobbies, and he takes great pride in completing each project. He is wishing for a Lego race car set to challenge his focus and creativity.
