Hannah is a bubbly and joyful young woman whose fun-loving personality brings light to the people around her. She has faced serious health challenges, including overcoming leukemia and managing diabetes, yet she continues to show remarkable strength and determination through each new obstacle. After spending time in foster care, Hannah has continued to move forward with courage and a positive spirit, finding comfort and happiness in the companionship of her beloved dog. Hannah is in need of a knee scooter to help her move around more easily while she recovers from surgery and an infection. Her diabetes has caused ongoing challenges with her foot, including the amputation of her big toe, and she now faces a six-week recovery period. Using crutches has been especially difficult for her, making it hard to get around comfortably and safely. A knee scooter would give Hannah greater independence and allow her to move through her daily life with more confidence while protecting her healing foot.
