Zeb is such a sweet kid. He and his siblings were placed in foster care after their caregiver failed to provide appropriate care. His mother passed away a few years ago and he does not know his father. He misses his siblings, especially his younger brothers. Zeb likes basketball and video games. He does struggle sometimes to regulate his emotions. He gets upset when he feels others do not understand him. Zeb does try to use his coping skills like exercising.

Zeb's birthday is coming up and the new school is beginning soon! He has never had a brand new pair of shoes for the first day of school, so this would mean more to him than most people might realize. Basketball and exercise are a big part of how Zeb copes with stress. It's his outlet, his way of clearing his head and staying grounded. A solid pair of shoes would support him both on the court and in everyday life, making this gift genuinely useful as well as meaningful. He's had his eye on this particular style of Jordans. He says they're practical because "they go with anything," but really, it's the perfect reason to finally have a pair of kicks he picked out himself.
