Fostering Hope - MontcoEmilia loves reading, coloring, and playing with her friends. She entered foster care due to her mother's struggles with substance abuse. Initially, she was placed with a general foster family, but an amazing family from her school sought to have her moved to their home. Now living with them and their children, whom she already knew, Emilia is thriving! She has become quite the mini gardener, enjoying helping in the garden and making bouquets for the house. Additionally, she is extremely active and loves swimming, biking, and doing gymnastics.
Throughout the summer, Emilia's foster family has been asking her what activities she would like to do. She consistently responds that she wants to ride her first roller coaster! The family hopes to fulfill this wish and plans to visit Dorney Park before the summer ends. This special outing will allow Emilia to enter the park, enjoy some delicious treats, and perhaps buy a memorable souvenir to commemorate this amazing day!
