The Lost & Found InstituteArmando is currently living with his grandparents in a kinship placement after entering foster care when his parents experienced a relapse. In a short period of time, he has had to navigate multiple transitions, first leaving his parents' home, then adjusting to foster care, and now settling into a new home with family. While being surrounded by loved ones offers stability and connection, the many changes have been difficult, and Armando is still learning how to adjust to his new reality.
Armando is excited for the new school year and is wishing for a Pikachu backpack to carry his school supplies. Having a backpack featuring one of his favorite Pokémon would make each school day even more fun while helping him stay organized and ready to learn.
