Kelly has asked for a Visa gift card to purchase a new winter coat for the upcoming winter weather. She has been wearing the same winter coat for 6 years, and the lining has worn very much.
Kelly is 31 years old and lives in NJ
Kelly is currently a part of our mobility mentoring program, which is helping pregnant and homeless young mothers, as well as at risk aged-out foster youth achieve economic self-sufficiency. The long-term goal is for every aged out foster youth to become self-sufficient, with their own residence, a job with a sustainable wage, ability to budget and a savings account, and general stability in their lives.
