Aaliyah is the oldest of two siblings and is excited to begin second grade. She is a kind, caring, and responsible big sister who loves spending time with her younger sister and helping her whenever she can. Aaliyah enjoys reading, singing, and dancing, and she has a joyful personality that shines through in everything she does. This year, Aaliyah stepped outside of her comfort zone by joining the basketball team. She is having fun learning a new sport, building confidence, and making new friends while developing teamwork and perseverance. Recently, Aaliyah and her family experienced a significant change in their living arrangements, making this school year an important opportunity for a fresh start. She is looking forward to continuing to grow academically, creating new friendships, and making lasting memories at school.

Her school requires monogrammed uniform shirts, which must be purchased through Education Apparel, making them an essential part of her daily wardrobe. Since classrooms can often be chilly throughout the day, Aaliyah would also love to have a school-approved jacket to keep in her locker. Having a jacket readily available would help her stay warm, comfortable, and focused on learning, without having to worry about changing classroom temperatures.
