Deisy is a happy and playful girl who is in foster care with her older sister. She loves to play hide and seek and her favorite colors are purple and pink. Deisy also loves butterflies. Despite experiencing a great deal of trauma in her young life, she still laughs and enjoys hugs and kisses. After school, she loves to watch CoCo Melon every day. Deisy is learning English and is excelling every day.

Deisy is set to start 5th grade next month, and she can hardly contain her excitement about going to a new school with her neighborhood friends. As she picks out her back-to-school outfits, she has her heart set on a new pair of black Crocs that will match many of her clothes. With a passion for fashion, Deisy enjoys keeping up with the latest trends alongside her friends. More than anything, she wants to be seen as just a "regular girl" rather than labeled as a "foster kid."
