Devon is a dedicated father of three who is working hard to overcome significant challenges and create a stable future for his family. After spending much of his childhood in foster care and group homes, he aged out of the foster care system at 18 and entered adulthood without the support system many young adults rely on. Despite those obstacles, Devon has remained determined to build a different life for himself and his children. Recently, Devon experienced another difficult setback when his children, who had been living with their mother, entered foster care. Rather than giving up, he has committed himself to reunification by participating in services, actively seeking employment, and taking the necessary steps to provide a safe and stable home for his children. Devon enjoys spending time outdoors, taking walks, and staying active. The time he spends with his children during their weekly visits is the highlight of his week, and he cherishes every opportunity to strengthen their bond. He remains focused on building a brighter future for his family and is determined to provide his children with the love, consistency, and stability they deserve.

Devon currently gets to spend time with his children once a week and looks forward to every moment he has with them. He would love a Kroger gift card to purchase lunch meat, bread, drinks, and a few snacks so he can bring a picnic lunch to share during one of their visits. Sitting down together for a simple meal would give Devon and his children an opportunity to talk, laugh, and make positive memories together.
