KFS&CJay is a special boy who loves exploring, climbing, and music. Due to circumstances outside of his control, he was born prematurely and is struggling to meet developmental milestones. However, despite his challenges, he is a fighter and will continue to advance at his pace.
Jay is growing quickly! After a summer growth spurt, he has outgrown many of the clothes he wore last year. With school just around the corner, Jay could really use a few new shirts to help him start the year feeling comfortable, confident, and ready to learn. A few new shirts will ensure he hits the ground running and feels great in the classroom.
