Ryan is an intelligent and outgoing young man who enjoys coordinating his outfits with his basketball shoes. You can often find him dribbling in the driveway or teaching his younger brother the game. A huge Marvel fan, he can recall every detail of the movies, with Captain America as his favorite Avenger. Ryan has his GAL volunteer on a strict regimen of Marvel films, and she has aced his quizzes on the Captain America and Iron Man series. He dreams of working with numbers or joining the military one day.

Ryan has asked for a basketball hoop for his birthday this year, and it’s the perfect gift for him! He absolutely loves the sport and often uses his imagination while shooting hoops. Right now, he bounces the ball against the side of the house, but without a goal to aim at. Having a real hoop would not only enhance his playtime but also bring him so much joy.
