Zack is a young boy in foster care currently under guardianship. Though he experienced early neglect and developmental delays, he is making great strides with steady love and consistent support. Zack is actively working on his climbing and throwing skills, and while social situations can be challenging, he is gradually learning to feel comfortable playing alongside other children.

A birthday party is just what Zack needs to celebrate his big day. Even though he is turning three, this will be his very first party. Receiving support for decorations and party items will help make his milestone celebration extra special and create wonderful memories.
