Armando is currently living with his grandparents in a kinship placement after entering foster care when his parents experienced a relapse. In a short period of time, he has had to navigate multiple transitions, first leaving his parents' home, then adjusting to foster care, and now settling into a new home with family. While being surrounded by loved ones offers stability and connection, the many changes have been difficult, and Armando is still learning how to adjust to his new reality.

Armando loves dirt bikes and dreams of experiencing the thrill of riding one of his own. An electric dirt bike would let him put on a helmet, get out there, and start learning to ride, building his confidence with every attempt. It would also give him a fun reason to spend more time outdoors, making memories and feeling proud of his progress along the way.
