Alex is a mighty little boy! He was born at just 27 weeks along with his twin brother, Jameson. Alex spent over two months in the NICU getting stronger and stronger each day. His birth parents stopped visiting the twins when their medical needs became too severe. He was discharged into his foster parents' home, where he is adjusting to life outside of the hospital. Alex loves being held, music, and opening his eyes to see the world.

Alex's first Halloween is coming up, and his foster family can't wait to include him in the celebration. This year, the whole family is dressing up together around the theme "classic Halloween," and they'd love for Alex and his twin brother to join in matching costumes. Being included in a family tradition like this means a lot, especially as Alex settles into his new home and experiences these first moments with his foster family. His costume will also help keep him warm and comfortable while the family heads out trick-or-treating, making it a fun, festive night for everyone.
