Abel is a cheerful, curious little boy, navigating life with his single dad during a tough time when they’re facing eviction. Despite the challenges, he’s managed to keep his spirits high and is excited about starting school soon. Abel loves spending time playing at the park, where his imagination runs wild. He also has a surprising passion for math, often tackling random problems just for fun. His infectious energy and joy for learning bring a little light into their difficult days.

Abel is really looking forward to starting school this year, but he’s feeling a bit anxious because he needs some new clothes and shoes that actually fit him. He’s been stuck with hand-me-downs for so long that most of his clothes have holes and tears, making him especially self-conscious. With his family going through some tough financial times, getting basic essentials like a new backpack, shoes, and clothes has been really challenging. Abel just wants to fit in and feel good about himself at school, which is why having these back-to-school items means so much to him.
