Despite the hardships she has encountered, she is determined to become a police officer and detective one day. Jazzmyn is committed to finishing school and making something of herself. She receives support from a program that assists children who have experienced foster care.
This is such an exciting year for Jazzy as she approaches her 18th birthday! She can hardly contain her enthusiasm about stepping out on her own. To celebrate this milestone, it would be wonderful to throw one big party for her special day. She would absolutely love it!
