Leslie has overcome so many obstacles to be where she is today. She has a young daughter of her own and is a phenomenal mother to her. She just moved into a new apartment after living with her grandmother for a couple of months. While she was living with her grandma, her car was stolen. Leslie is doing everything she can to get resettled and to provide for her daughter. She has a great attitude and is a real go-getter, despite all that she's had to walk through on her own. She's determined to create a different outcome for her own daughter and to give her a beautiful life.

Leslie recently moved back into her own place and is working hard to get settled, but right now, one of her biggest needs is simply having groceries on hand. To make things harder, her car was recently stolen, limiting her ability to get to work and earn income while she searches for a new job. Having groceries covered would take real pressure off Leslie during an already stressful transition, letting her eat well and stay healthy while she focuses her energy on finding work and rebuilding her independence, without one more thing to worry about along the way.
