Christy was born prematurely at 5 pounds and faces challenges with her eyesight, hearing, heart, and hyperactivity. She is currently receiving speech and occupational therapy to support her growth and development. Christy loves playing outside and tumbling, and she lights up whenever she hears music, often jumping and dancing along. She is a kind, friendly little girl who brings joy to everyone around her.

Christy just started school, and one thing that would really help her is a footstool to use under her desk. Because kids with Down Syndrome often have lower muscle tone, something as simple as proper foot support can make a real difference by stabilizing her legs and, in turn, supporting her posture and upper body while she sits and learns. It's a small addition, but for Christy, it means she can sit comfortably and focus on her schoolwork without her body having to work so hard just to stay steady.
