David has been in foster care for a few years. He has taken this opportunity to learn how to advocate for other youth in foster care and develop his leadership skills. David has a big heart and cares deeply about others. He works full-time and enjoys playing his Xbox in his free time. David is working to build his independent living skills so he can age out of care successfully and be set up for success.

David needs two tires to get his car back on the road. He currently works full-time and earns minimum wage while trying to become financially independent. He has demonstrated responsibility and initiative by purchasing two of the tires himself; however, the cost of replacing the two tires is more than he can reasonably afford with his current income. Reliable transportation is essential for him to maintain his employment and continue working toward self-sufficiency. Assistance with the two remaining tires would provide him with a safe and dependable vehicle while allowing him to use his limited income toward his other necessary living expenses.
