Jacob is currently in foster care and is living with a kinship caregiver. He sees his mom for supervised visits once a month. Jacob is bright and active; he loves bike riding, participating in a running club, and studying math. His infectious attitude and determination are truly inspiring! He is great with animals and enjoys collecting rocks. Jacob has expressed an interest in becoming a police officer when he grows up.

Jacob is thrilled to have discovered a new sport that has quickly become something he truly loves. Through karate, he is learning the value of dedication, perseverance, and self-belief. Each class gives him an opportunity to challenge himself, keep going when something feels difficult, and celebrate how far he has come. Karate has also given Jacob a wonderful sense of belonging. He has made new friends and looks forward to being part of a community where he can learn, grow, and have fun. It has become something he is genuinely excited about and proud to be a part of. This wish would provide Jacob with a full month of karate classes, allowing him to continue doing the sport he has fallen in love with. More importantly, it would give him the chance to keep building confidence, friendships, perseverance, and a passion that brings him so much happiness.
