Juniper was placed in her grandmother's care at birth. She was medically fragile at first but is developing well now and is meeting her milestones. She loves to be read to and enjoys watching Ms. Rachel, and she is being introduced to Reading Rainbow. ASL is her second language, and she is Puerto Rican, making this the third language she is learning. She loves music and enjoys the concerts in the park.

Juniper's family doesn't have a car, so they get around town by bike and on foot. As the weather changes, Juniper could really use a pair of rain boots and a raincoat to stay dry and comfortable while she's out and about with her grandmother. With her birthday coming up soon, this would make the perfect gift for such a sweet, active little girl who's always ready for her next adventure.
