Fostering Hope - BucksElia has had a difficult start to his life. In his short life, he spent most of his days on the streets with his birth mom, who struggles with mental health issues. He was not properly taken care of and fed baby cereal mixed with water from birth, causing him to have some challenges with his belly and feeding. He was placed with a foster family recently who has been helping him adjust to the world. He has such a big smile for a baby, and he brightens up every room he goes into!
Elia absolutely loves Cookie Monster, and he'll be thrilled to become him for Halloween this year. He's adjusting so well in his foster home and can't wait to celebrate this holiday for the first time. This costume would give Elia a joyful, memorable moment during a season of real progress for him.
