Raishyne is a bubbly and bright young girl. She is the "typical" little girl. She loves playing dress-up, playing with Barbies, and getting her hair and nails done. Raishyne also loves going to the park and playing outside. She is currently living with her aunt, brother, and cousins. She loves spending time with the other kids in the home and is a big fan of Elsa!

Raishyne recently entered foster care and now lives with her aunt. With her birthday approaching, her aunt wants to make it special. Raishyne has requested a tablet for her birthday, as she enjoys playing with her cousin's tablet. She would like one she can easily take on car rides and when visiting her mother. It will keep her entertained on the drive, as she can play a variety of games and even watch educational videos.
