Her journey thus far has been anything but straightforward; she has faced numerous challenges, including frequent transitions between foster homes and group homes. Now, however, she has found a sense of stability in North Carolina, where she lives with her extended family. Sophia has a passion for music and makeup, and she enjoys spending time with her friends, often finding joy in the little things that life has to offer. As she approaches this pivotal moment in her life, she is dedicated to honing the essential life skills that will empower her to thrive in the future. Sophia currently lives out of state with relative caregivers, and financial strain has made even small things, like a Halloween costume, hard to come by.
