Mark has been in foster care for most of his life and has experienced multiple moves and changes in placement. Despite the instability he has faced, Mark maintains a positive attitude and enjoys making the most of every opportunity. He loves playing outside, being adventurous, and exploring new activities. Mark’s experiences with foster care and placement instability have made consistency and meaningful support especially important in his life.

Being outside is where Mark feels most like himself, and right now, a helmet would let him do that safely while riding toys around the neighborhood. It would also give him an easy way to join in with the kids nearby, helping him build new friendships as he settles into his foster care placement. Having the right gear to get outside and play is another way for Mark to feel comfortable and at home in a place that's still new to him.
