Winter clothing for 12 y/o Jovan who is working really hard on improving his behavior

Jovan's family was reunified a few months ago after being in foster care for over a year. They are all working really hard at staying together but they don't have much money and receive little to no assistance. Although their mom works, she doesn't have any left over money after paying rent and buying groceries so Jovan is wishing for some winter clothing. He has been picked on at school before for his clothing being dirty or old and he would really like to have a few new things before he goes back to school after the winter break.
Jovan is 19 years old and lives in NJ
Javon loves arts and crafts and playing football and is a huge fan of the Steelers. He is in the 5th grade and his favorite subject is reading. His favorite book is a Diary of a Wimpy kid. Javon lives with his mom and 4 of his 10 siblings. When he grows up he wants to be a firefighter because they save lives and he wants to be a hero just like them. Jovan was in foster care for over a year but has been reunified with his mom since June 2016. They are still struggling but working very hard to stay together.
