CA DCFS - Los Angeles CountyBarbie was placed in care at a young age and was recently reunited with her mother, but has now been placed in care again. She is having a difficult time with this transition. Barbie loves playing sports and enjoys her squishies. She is determined and independent, having had to grow up quickly due to her circumstances. Despite the challenges she has faced, Barbie continues to show strength and resilience and would benefit from positive activities that help her feel comforted and supported.
Unfortunately, Barbie was recently removed from her mother again and is struggling with the transition. She was removed just one day after her birthday, making an already difficult time even harder. Barbie enjoys building miniature kits and already has four that help keep her mind and hands busy. Another miniature kit would give her a positive, creative activity to focus on and help provide comfort and distraction during this challenging time.
