This wish is for a hand held "Meteor Storm" light show. It will give Bernard interactions with his foster parents and increase his vision acuity. What a win win!
Bernard is 10 years old and lives in TX
Bernard has limited use of vision and verbalization. He is unable to roll over or to crawl due to the abuse he suffered before being in foster care. He has been in care for 3 years.
