Dana was placed in foster care in January 2026, as was her sister. Dana has suffered immense trauma as a result of ongoing abuse and neglect. She was left to care for herself on the streets and in a home that had no heat or electricity in the winter after being abandoned. Despite the many hardships she has faced, Dana is currently doing incredibly well. She is currently on the color guard team at her school and participates in performances and events all over the city. She loves getting her hair and nails done.

Dana turned 15 this month and identifies as part of the LGBTQIA community. Unfortunately, her family has not been supportive in affirming her identity. Dana would love to go clothes shopping at Primark to buy items that make her feel comfortable and let her express her style and personality.
