Lyric is a vibrant, resilient young boy who has shown incredible strength while navigating multiple placements since entering foster care. While adjusting to new homes and environments has been challenging, sports have become his ultimate outlet to connect, heal, and express his determination. Whether he is running cross country or competing in football and basketball, Lyric pours his heart into every game, drawing inspiration from athletes like Steph Curry. His foster parents are dedicated to helping him build healthy coping skills and confidence both on the field and in the classroom. With his natural energy and persevering spirit, Lyric continues to push through obstacles as he builds a foundation for a brighter future.

Lyric would love the Imagination Station Adventures in Odyssey book series (Volumes 1–15)! Lyric struggles with reading, so a fun, adventure-filled series he is genuinely excited about could make reading feel less like a chore and more like an adventure. With stories about time travel, history, danger, and exciting discoveries, these books would give him something to look forward to while building his confidence and reading skills.
