Dewayne is a lovable kid with autism who is currently living in foster care. He has a strong passion for trains and enjoys toys, movies, and books related to them. Although he is having a hard time adjusting to the move from his previous home, he is supported by a loving family that is doing their best to help him through this transition. Dewayne has not yet attended school but is set to start soon.

Dewayne is tall for his age which makes finding jeans that fit him difficult. In order for him to get a pair that are long enough he often has to sacrifice a good fitting waistband. A pair of pull on jeans with an elastic waistband and drawstrings will allow him to have pants that are long enough but also small enough to fit his waist.
